DIY: Replace Horizontal Window Blind Wand Tilt Control

If you have horizontal window blinds at home, one of the common problems is the slats can no longer be tilted.   The wand tilt control is broken.  The wand tilt control mechanism has failed.  It is actually pretty easy to fix, by changing the wand tilt.  Cost is $8 - $15, and takes about 30 mins or less.

This is exactly what happened to our window blinds.  So, Dave has some research.  The website he used is FixMyBlinds.com.  It has good instruction and easy to find the specific part you are looking for.

Please watch here how Dave replaced the blind wand tilt mechanism!
